Koh Hwa & Poh Chu Wedding - 7 to 8 December 2007

I took this picture (above) on 8th December 2008. I didn't actually realize I took this amazing shot when I finally completed the medium leather album artwork. I simply loved this shot! The wedding was held in Kota Bahru - Kelantan and the wedding dinner at Rennaisance Hotel. It has huge big ballroom but the lighting condition for photography wasn't that good. The light is extremely dim to create the romantic ambience but still, wasn't tat good for photography. Every part of the shots I have to use is with flash but having said so, the best is not to over expose the photo too much or creating too much shadow. What I want is to have the natural tone of the bride & bridegroom's skin and making it as natural as possible. Oh yes, the food in Renaissance Hotel in Kota Bahru is pretty good.

The above spread is the images which I created for the album. Below are some of the favourites which I would like all of you to enjoy viewing.

Being an avid wedding photographer is you have to have 1 thing in mind. Which is looking at the bride & the bridegroom at all times. This picture above (kissing) was taken without them knowing as Poh Chu was so touched with the song sang by Kok Hwa, she gave him a kiss. This happen in a matter of seconds and I managed to capture the image instantly. Oh boy... if you ask if you whether should you get a professional wedding photographer for your wedding? I say "yes", never leave them from your wedding.... :o)

Oh yes, I love what I do and taking these amazing pictures has become a part of my client's memories and it has become a part of me. Thank you God for making all these things happen wonderfully. :o)

Thian Fook & Pooi Ling Wedding Day - 24/25 December 2007

It was Christmas eve when I took the "chut mun" pictures on the 24th. Wat a great day! Plenty of funny games and lots of laughter. That's what I like about Actual Day wedding photography. Thian Fook & Pooi Ling wedding dinner was held at Damansara Palace Restaurant the next day (Christmas Day!). Big hall and this is the 2nd time I was there for wedding photo shoot. Don't ask me how was the food there though, cause I didn't had any that night. Busy shooting great pics but would love to try out the food there one day. Hehe...

Mok & Khim's Wedding on 5 January 2008

What a great year to start with a great wedding in Johor Bahru. It took me about 3 1/2 hours drive from Bandar Sunway to Skudai, JB. Yeah... what a trip. It's Khim & Mok's wedding day. Eventhough the morning event is pretty short even though I started early (at 6am), I managed to capture those great shots.

Managed to stop by Air Hitam (1 hours from JB) to Kluang @ CinCin Restaurant at Jln Mersing and took a pic of the Dragon Fruit! wow! sweet! There's also a Organic Fruit Farm on the way to Kluang. Wahhh... loved these place man!

I would like to dedicate this photo to a friend I met in Gerik, Perak when I was there for a wedding last week. He shared this type of photography work with me and I'm sure we are able to work again in near future.
